For the past thirty-five years, Dennis has traveled the world; from working and studying in the wine regions of Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, and California; to attending professional chef school in San Francisco’s Bay Area. Dennis brings his knowledge without pretension.
Dennis has conducted hundreds of tastings over the years with the underlying theme always being; “how to find value in the world of wine. He will pour a curated selection of five to seven wines, chosen to reflect both quality and value, ensuring an engaging and educational experience for everyone. Whether you are a novice or a seasoned enthusiast he will choose the wines to compliment the group.
